I posted this on another forum, but I thought you guys might enjoy it...

My wife is recovering from surgery, so I am Mr Mom this week, which also means I'm teaching kindergarten to our 5 year old.

This was what I made up to supplement today's seatwork...

Before anyone asks the special sounds, as she is learning, are 2 or more letters that make a different sound when put together, like TH, KN, ING, BR, OW, GL, ect.

Sorry. I have my hands full with mine... 3 girls and 1 boy, he is by far the hardest. Just a pure hell-ian. :)

The only common core in my house is LEAD, and it usually has a copper jacket :).

You should put up some politicians faces and match the words with, "Hypocrite", "Liar", "Cheat", "Smarmy" etc..
