Gas cylinder lock screw disassembly question

Is there any way to disassemble a gas cylinder lock screw ?
I have one with a weak spring and it doesn't keep the valve shut.
I have already replaced the lock screw and was just curious
if it can be taken apart without destroying it.

Not easily and not worth the time invested.
