Long story short, I needed a portable loading press stand. I was wracking my brain trying to figure something out and lo and behold my better half came to the rescue. She said why not try that grinder stand you've had forever and not even taken out of the box? I hate to admit it, but she had a damn-good idea and it works like a champ. It's a grinder stand that I bought at Harbor Freight Tools the better part of 10 years ago and never used. It stands just shy of 30" tall and is the perfect height for using in my camp chair, or the living room sofa. It's stable, holds the press securely and doesn't wobble around. All I did was drilled two 3/8" holes in it for the mounting bolts and assembled. If you're in need of a portable reloading set up, here it is.

Jon Thanks. I have been looking for something to use at work for resizing 06 brass. one of my old Pacific presses will be perfect on this.
