My Tanker Garand to a Mag Fed

I have a 308 WIN barrel Tanker Garand I don't shoot and want to do something with it besides selling it.
I am wondering if it's worth the possibilities of functioning issues, but it just collects dust. I got it in a trade a few years ago and haven't even shot it.
