Hopefully, no - the entire program is likely to be scrapped due to widespread abuse. Give them freaking landlines, if you can't afford a few dollars a month for a phone you can't afford to leave the house!

I'd love to say no but, trump being a socialist (until it proves otherwise), it will probably expand the program.

Jon, although I am glad that trump won he is a liberal. My major concern was and remains the Supreme Court. I already know and expect that freebies aren't going anywhere.

Jon When trump proves itself, I'll lay off. Others can speak for themselves. Just because you have an "r" next to your name does not mean that you get a pass when you do anything Un Constitutional. We shall see how this pans out.
