I have white guilt. All throughout my school days and even in college I was constantly reminded of the atrocities that my people committed against the blacks. To this very day there isn't a movie or television show that doesn't slip in the mis-treatment of blacks by the whites in this country. Can I ever get cured? In my entire life I never committed an act of racism or bias but I still hate myself for what I have done (if that makes any sense?). Will I ever get better?

Son is 3.5 months, daughter is nearly 18 months. I don't get much sleep! Real estate market - I'm a Realtor - is fairly dead due to Harvey. Floodies are trying to blame everybody for their issues, forgetting that the vast majority willfully bought homes in The Bayou City in a floodplain!
