New Colt Expanse CE2000

Hi

I just picked up my first AR and it’s a Colt Expanse CE 2000. Read some good and bad on it. But it looks great! I got it for $575 shipped on gunbroker and bought a A3 ex Military carry handle.

Going to take it to the range tomorrow and can’t wait to shoot it. It’s my first 5.56 normally only shoot 7.62 so I’m going to shoot it together with my Shuffs BM59 and 1911.

Anything I should look out for? Probably going to upgrade with some Magpul but going to enjoy it first.

I only run the Magpul's in my AR's. The old steel mags just don't seem to slide in and out nicely.

Already looking at them. Saw 10 for $100 on eBay. Just ordered 2 10 round Colt magazines that hopefully arrive before I hit the range tomorrow. Only looking at Magpul furniture.
