Hey shuff, I tried looking this up on a search but couldn't find it. Have you ever tried to mill out a garand receiver to take BAR mags? I've seen pics online of it and found a short video of a guy on YT that disassembles his BAR mag fed Garand. Thanks

Lots of mag problems with this build and until theres a quality mag to be had, yes I've tried to have them hardened, I'll not entertain it. $175 a mag for about 60 to 80 rounds to pass through then make another one, nope.
