Hello Battle Tested Friends,

I have been offered an IHC barreled receiver that appears to be an original match. This would be for
assembling a "correct" IHC rifle. I cannot post or attach photos, but the assembly is pretty nice with a lighter park finish, no pitting, nice bore/rifling.
Can anyone, with just the information below and based on any recent similar items that you may have seen/examined, give an estimate as to value? I think
she is way to high and asking a huge premium mostly for this being an Original match-up receiver/barrel.

Original Barrel/receiver. Orig finish

My best guess is $800

IMO you are better off buying a complete IHC and correcting it

Kinda thought I would just do that from the ground up. Am thinking about making a Day trip to the CMP when I come home in October.

Like Orlando/Bill said. Then you can maybe sell some of the parts from the complete rifle to pay for the IHC parts.

North Store or South Store?

South store is closer to Tampa. Will have to call to check floor inventory availability. Was going to make a day trip out of it......Fly through Atlanta and maybe check out the Talladega shooting complex with a "new" IHC rifle, before flying back home that evening.

Talladega is a beautiful range and the target system is awesome.
