Few years back they redid the flood plain map and included my house in it. I said no way in heck it will ever happen , guess I was wrong. I did luck out , I had no water in basement were others had 6 ft
House with red pickup towards the back is mine , towards the bottom right hand side of screen
Had around 5 inches of rain in several hours during the night. I got up ,drove around at 6:00 am, everything looked pretty good.By 7:20 the water was moving across the fields fast and coming up the street
