Good Day,
I'm pleased to offer this rarely seen example of a Italian rifle grenade [inert] illumination flare. These were used with the M1 Garand, or the later BM-59 rifles. they were designed to be used with any post war, 22mm (NATO) spigot launcher adaptors. These launchers would include the US M7A1-3, MECAR designed T-119, L1A1 used on FALs, and the spigots seen on any of the BM-59 Mark I, Mark II, III/Italian Alpine, Para, or Mark IV series of rifles.
The flare is intact, has been used, and can be used with any Beretta, Springfield Armory Inc, JRA, or similar rifle manufacturer. It has no combustible material, can therefore be shipped anywhere legally permissable, and ready to display.
