View Full Version : 3.56 million SA first outing

It was Soooooo Hot,so I only ran 2 clips on paper(pizza cardboard).The first shots are in Black,and I was adjusting sights,bottom #7 was because I accidently moved elevation down.The 2nd clip is outlined in Red,1-5 are 1 Hole,and I readjusted for 6-8.not bad for a WW2 barrel.Flyer to the right was a single shot w/front sight moved to edge for an idea of impact.

Man, you sure work fast. I think you have a shooter there. What does the barrel measure?

don't know,I don't have gauges,but shows a lot of M2.

Thought I saw some powder burns on the frozen pizza packaging improvised into a target.

You have done it again! I have almost all the parts for mine and it has only been about a month trying to collect them Still waiting on a barrel! Are you using a sling yet? Your groups seem to be tightening up and you also appear to be using your sights! Good shooting with what appears to be another good rifle.

Boy, I am learning a lot; using a sling, using sights, targets between 10 and 25 yards...

Now I know why I can't shoot sub-moa groups with my Garand!
