Mine is a Losoks mount but I recommend the m14.ca mount. Mine is drilled and tapped.

My 2nd. Mag Fed 308. Built off a CMP Grade B Receiver and a pile of parts. I plan on getting out on memorial day to Christen her...
These were in another post, but figured I'd throw them in here anyway...

jbkf1003, what muzzle brake is that?
BM59E, a Beretta BM59 brake made for standard garand gas cylinder.

Thats a damn nice rifle!
Here's my humble contribution for the collection. The mini Red / Green dot makes it a shorter range rifle (200 - 400m) but that's ok as it makes one heck of a brush gun now.

I think I can carry enough ammo now :)
Looks good. Is that a hopco mount? or Maybe a m14.ca MRD Picitinny mount?
I went with an M14.CA RD mount. Retains a non-adjustable rear sight and the scope. Tried putting Cabela's new 3X Prism scope on it but it was just too high [couldnt get a decent cheek weld]. This did make me realize that there is a possible market for a lowered rear sight pictinny that sits just above the rear sight adjustment rod and behind the rear sight.
This is THE gun if you want a 30-06 for a 3 gun competition. :)
Why would you want that? Have you ever heard of something needing a double tap with a 30-06?
How do you like that Olongapo grab-n-go? I've been pondering a purchase of one.
