IIRC the UP originally was part of Wisconsin. Michigan was given the UP when Congress took Toledo from Michigan and gave it to Ohio.

Guess who ended up on the shit end of the stick there.

When did this happen ? Conceiled carry in WI ! OH I know Squirt guns.

Wisconsin law allowing concealed carry went into effect on Nov. 1, 2011.
