Yah, we be disenfranchised. To all those who think you have to negotiate regarding laws that violate the US Constitution, here you are, you've just been "negotiated" right out of the 1st amendment. This law is laughable and I dismiss it out of hand. Those who voted for it, get the Christmas wish.
