I don't see much difference between it and my Lake City ammo. We also hand it out at our local Garand matches and the scores are comparable to their usa made couter parts. It just seems a bit more dirty upon clean up.
JJ, I can't really tell because my shooting skills leave a bit to be desired and all Iv'e been shooting in 30-06 is milsurp. I am really curious if handloads would improve my Garand shooting though for sure. I can say in my Rem 700 ammo is the diff between all of them going in the same hole or shooting a 3" group.
I think you will see varing results from one lot to anothe. I have some HXP 1962 that is junk. Loose bullets, bullets not seated straight, varying loads of powder. I only use it when seating a stock after the action has been removed and reinstalled.Quote:

I have some clipped Greek. Lot HXP 4047-72. One of my M1D's does not like it. The de-linked LC ammo from a while back shoots better. I still need to try it in my other Garands.
Well at least the greek cycles the actions dependably. LC is hit or miss on rifles.
