I didn't think the Trump administration would be aggressive trying to prosecute Hillary for her actions as Secretary of State or try to see if they can shut down the Clinton foundation but after the call for recount, I'm not so sure.

The way things are going I think Hillary is going to have her political career destroyed and maybe all of her Clinton foundation money will be seized.

While I think her email scandal is 10,000x worse than the few emails that got a general fired, I think it might seem like sour grapes to try and prosecute over that. I think it will be enough to discredit her and destroy her foundation.

If she is still a licensed attorney, maybe they should see about getting her disbarred.

Politicians won't prosecute other politicians for actions they are considering taking themselves. This means Trump may want to use some of the same shenanigans that Clinton did so he will never bring these up to a level that could backfire on him.
