    Back in the Saddle Again.

Hey folks, it's me ZBeast, and I have been out the picture for a bit. I am back in the build game here in Canada once more and have need of some Garand expertise. I have decided to try my hand at replacing the pistons on a few out of spec op rods that are sitting on my shelf and my questions are, what grade of stainless steel is needed for making a new piston? Next is what is the overall length of the oprod? Max/min ? Some of the old pistons are thinner than others and I cant find any information on what the head of the piston should be. Thanks upfront, ZB.

Garandparts, Sarco and a couple of others have replacement tips. They have to be brazed in. Not very hard with the right silver solder and flux.
